Who we are

The Military Ombud Office, established in 2012, serves as an independent body to address complaints from current and former SANDF members, as well as complaints from the public regarding soldiers’ official conduct.

INVESTIGATIONS & COMPLAINTS MANAGEMENT

This unit is responsible for receiving, assessing, and investigating complaints lodged with the Office of the Military Ombud.
