The Military Ombud Act requires complaints to be submitted within specific time limits. Please provide the key dates below so the system can determine whether a standard complaint or a condonation application is required.

In terms of the Military Ombud Act, No. 4 of 2012, the Office is mandated to investigate written complaints lodged by current and former members of the Defence Force regarding their conditions of service, as well as complaints from members of the public regarding the official conduct of a member of the Defence Force, and a person acting on behalf of a member.
